8. TOWING, PAYLOAD, FIT, AND COMPATIBILITY

11. PURCHASES AND SALES AGREEMENTS

The Website does not replace the final purchase documents for an RV, vehicle, camper, trailer, part, accessory, or other product.

The final signed purchase agreement, buyer’s order, retail installment contract, invoice, delivery documents, warranty documents, and related paperwork will govern the transaction.

If these Terms conflict with a signed transaction document, the signed transaction document will control with respect to that transaction.

No Website statement modifies a signed purchase agreement or creates a warranty unless the modification is expressly stated in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Unique Campers RV.

12. FINANCING

Unique Campers RV does not guarantee that:

13. TRADE-INS

Any trade-in value, estimate, range, or preliminary offer provided through the Website, by telephone, by email, or before an inspection is not final.

A final trade-in offer may depend on:

Submitting information through the Website does not require Unique Campers RV to accept an RV or other property for consignment.

Any commissions, listing periods, pricing authority, repair authorization, insurance requirements, storage terms, cancellation rights, and payment terms will be set forth in the applicable consignment agreement.

15. PARTS, ACCESSORIES, AND SERVICE

Parts, accessories, installation, maintenance, inspection, repair, and customization services may be subject to separate estimates, work orders, invoices, warranty terms, and service agreements.

Service appointment requests are not confirmed until accepted by an authorized representative.

Completion times are estimates and may change due to:

Unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement, information on the Website does not create or expand a manufacturer, dealer, service-contract, or third-party warranty.
