If an error affects a proposed transaction, we may cancel or revise the proposed transaction before final delivery or completion, subject to applicable law and any controlling written agreement.
7. PHOTOGRAPHS, FEATURES, AND SPECIFICATIONS
Manufacturer photographs, stock photographs, videos, floorplans, renderings, and representative images may be used on the Website. They may not depict the exact unit currently available.
Colors, materials, dimensions, weights, capacities, features, options, and specifications may vary from the information displayed online.
Manufacturers may change specifications, equipment, materials, pricing, model names, and available options without notice.
Before purchasing, you are responsible for inspecting the specific unit and confirming all material details with an authorized Unique Campers RV representative.
8. TOWING, PAYLOAD, FIT, AND COMPATIBILITY
Information regarding towing capacity, payload, truck-bed fit, hitch requirements, vehicle compatibility, dimensions, weights, and similar subjects is provided for general informational purposes only.
Actual compatibility may depend on the specific tow vehicle, truck, camper, trailer, equipment, loading configuration, passengers, cargo, hitch, suspension, tires, manufacturer requirements, and applicable laws.
You are responsible for confirming that:
-
Your tow vehicle or truck is properly rated and equipped
-
The RV or camper is compatible with your vehicle
-
The loaded weight remains within applicable ratings
-
The hitch, tie-downs, electrical connections, braking equipment, and related components are appropriate
-
You comply with all manufacturer requirements and applicable laws
You should review the applicable owner’s manuals, weight labels, vehicle ratings, and manufacturer guidance before towing, loading, purchasing, or installing equipment.
Assistance provided by our employees does not replace your responsibility to confirm compatibility and safe operation.
9. ONLINE INQUIRIES AND REQUESTS
Submitting a form through the Website does not guarantee:
-
Product availability
-
A specific price
-
Approval for financing
-
Acceptance of a trade-in
-
A service appointment
-
A reservation
-
A completed purchase
-
A response within a particular period
Website submissions are requests for follow-up unless expressly stated otherwise.
A representative may contact you to confirm information, availability, pricing, appointment times, or transaction requirements.
10. RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS
Any reservation, hold, or deposit is subject to the specific written terms provided at the time the reservation or deposit is accepted.
Submitting an online inquiry does not reserve an RV or product.
Unless an authorized representative expressly confirms otherwise in writing, an item remains available for sale until the required deposit has been received and the reservation has been accepted.
Refundability, expiration, application, and forfeiture of a deposit will be governed by the receipt, purchase agreement, reservation agreement, or other written terms provided for that transaction.
11. PURCHASES AND SALES AGREEMENTS
The Website does not replace the final purchase documents for an RV, vehicle, camper, trailer, part, accessory, or other product.
The final signed purchase agreement, buyer’s order, retail installment contract, invoice, delivery documents, warranty documents, and related paperwork will govern the transaction.
If these Terms conflict with a signed transaction document, the signed transaction document will control with respect to that transaction.
No Website statement modifies a signed purchase agreement or creates a warranty unless the modification is expressly stated in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Unique Campers RV.
12. FINANCING
Financing may be provided by independent banks, credit unions, lenders, or financing companies.
Unique Campers RV does not guarantee that:
-
Financing will be available
-
An application will be approved
-
A specific lender will approve an applicant
-
A particular interest rate or term will be offered
-
A stated estimated payment will be available
-
Financing will be completed by a particular date
Financing applications may be subject to separate lender disclosures, privacy notices, credit authorizations, and contractual terms.
You are responsible for reviewing all financing documents before signing.
13. TRADE-INS
Any trade-in value, estimate, range, or preliminary offer provided through the Website, by telephone, by email, or before an inspection is not final.
A final trade-in offer may depend on:
-
Physical inspection
-
Mechanical condition
-
Cosmetic condition
-
Mileage or usage
-
Equipment and accessories
-
Vehicle history
-
Title status
-
Loan or lien information
-
Market conditions
-
Accuracy of the information you provide
-
Verification of ownership
We may revise or withdraw a trade-in estimate if the actual condition, history, title, equipment, ownership, or other material information differs from what was originally provided.
You represent that information submitted in connection with a trade-in is accurate and that you have the legal authority to sell or trade the property.
14. CONSIGNMENT
Consignment services, when offered, are governed by a separate written consignment agreement.
Submitting information through the Website does not require Unique Campers RV to accept an RV or other property for consignment.
Any commissions, listing periods, pricing authority, repair authorization, insurance requirements, storage terms, cancellation rights, and payment terms will be set forth in the applicable consignment agreement.
15. PARTS, ACCESSORIES, AND SERVICE
Parts, accessories, installation, maintenance, inspection, repair, and customization services may be subject to separate estimates, work orders, invoices, warranty terms, and service agreements.
Service appointment requests are not confirmed until accepted by an authorized representative.
Completion times are estimates and may change due to:
-
Parts availability
-
Manufacturer delays
-
Inspection findings
-
Additional required repairs
-
Technician availability
-
Warranty authorization
-
Customer approvals
-
Events beyond our reasonable control
You are responsible for reviewing and approving applicable estimates and work authorizations.
Additional conditions discovered during inspection or service may require a revised estimate or additional authorization.
16. WARRANTIES
New RVs and products may include warranties provided by the applicable manufacturer or another third party.
Pre-owned RVs and products may have limited warranty coverage or may be sold without a dealer warranty, subject to the applicable purchase documents and law.
Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. You are responsible for reviewing the actual warranty documents applicable to your purchase.
Unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement, information on the Website does not create or expand a manufacturer, dealer, service-contract, or third-party warranty.
Manufacturer and third-party warranty claims may be subject to separate procedures, exclusions, maintenance requirements, authorization requirements, and limitations.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Return, refund, exchange, and cancellation rights vary depending on the item or service involved.
The applicable invoice, purchase agreement, deposit receipt, service agreement, parts order, special-order authorization, consignment agreement, or other written transaction document will govern.
Do not assume that an RV, vehicle, special-order item, installed part, electrical item, customized product, service, deposit, or financing-related product is returnable or refundable.
Please contact Unique Campers RV before attempting to return an item or cancel a transaction.

Subject to any applicable consumer rights, any legal action arising specifically from these Terms or use of the Website must be filed in a state or federal court with jurisdiction over Placer County, California.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible matter in small-claims court.

We may update the Website and these Terms from time to time.
When these Terms are updated, the revised version will be posted on the Website with a new “Last Updated” date.
